Most often than not your heart tells you the truth but that may or may not be practical. But that really doesn't matter when the decisions taken have to be sincere. I agree that it is not possible to please everyone and by taking certain decisions you would end up hurting someone. However, if it is from your heart then one day or the other, people who care for you would understand. At the same time mind keeps a tab on your heart so that you don't go around hurting others as well as yourself. For me heart ruling the mind hasn't worked too well cause it just doesn't work that way. And if you want to know that you are headed in the right direction listen to your heart and give time before you make your decision. There is no right or wrong decision as no one knows what tomorrow holds for each of us or probably even the next second. Life is so unpredictable that it is better to live each moment to its fullest and leave your decision to time. I'm sure that you would get a convincing reply to your question/s.
