Sculpted body


Don't ask me how I thought of writing this today :-) I have put on quite a few pounds and need to start doing something about it. It is uncomfortable to wear anything when you seemed to have put on 5-6 kgs. As if it wasn't necessary that I had a few extra pounds myself :-) Most of us hate exercising or being fit. The idea of going to a gym irks me so I cant imagine actually signing up for one. I used to go for my brisk walks but that has also been discontinued since I started working after a really long time and getting used to this lifestyle. What an excuse?? LOL So, I was wondering whats with women and their size zero or whatever. How can they be that way? They look like they may die any moment. Recently, heard our own size zero queen said that she is happy to have gotten back to her usual self. Thank God! I'm glad she realized that she looks much better not being a size zero :-)

The best possible thing to do is to go back thousands of years where people used to not wear anything. It takes a lot to be naked and if at all we have to do that in today's world then there are two things that come to my mind, that is - everyone would be forced to maintain a superfit body cause they cant be showcasing bulges or extra curves LOL. Another funny thing is that men folk would be cursing themselves when they are turned on LOLzzzzz. That would be the best thing that could probably happen to our men folk. I am giggling while writing this.

Anyways, this wasn't the reason I wanted to write this post, not totally ;-) Well, its high time I put my fitness plan into place and more than anything implement the same. So that I don't feel lethargic on a few days. Take care and thanks for reading!

  1. Oh! well being fit (physically, and of course mentally) is much more important than maintaining the type of body, especially if your job demands nothing more than a 100 mts walk or to bang your head on a monitor the whole day :)

  2. being fit mentally is enabled by being fit physically so we all have to exercise :-) Become very lazy since i started driving regularly a couple of months ago
